Welcome to The Insiders Playbook ("TIP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theinsidersplaybook.com (the "Site") and any related services, including our mentorship program, application forms, email list, and job board (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Insiders Playbook LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company providing career mentorship, education, and related services for individuals pursuing careers in sports and entertainment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or enroll in the Program. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3.1 TIP's mentorship program ("Program") is offered under a separate Fellow Program Agreement, which governs enrollment, payment, refunds, and program-specific terms. These Terms apply in addition to that Agreement.
3.2 Applications submitted through our application form (currently hosted via Typeform) are reviewed on a rolling basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
4.1 By joining our email list, you consent to receive emails from TIP regarding the Program, job opportunities, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email.
TIP provides education, mentorship, and career resources. We do not guarantee employment, internships, promotions, or any specific career outcome. Any job listings, opportunities, or connections shared through TIP are provided as informational resources, not placements or guarantees.
You agree not to:
7.1 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and the "The Insiders Playbook" name and branding, is the property of TIP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from TIP's content without our prior written consent.
The Site and Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Typeform for applications, a payment processor for enrollment, and a buy-now-pay-later provider). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIP'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TIP, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. TIP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold TIP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
