How the Program Works

Every two weeks you receive a new assignment with a real deadline. You are building something, a resume, a cover letter, an interview response, a networking approach, not just reading about it.

Once a month you meet with your assigned mentor, a working sports or entertainment professional, for a session built around exactly where you are in the curriculum.

You finish with a completed capstone project, something real you can take into interviews and applications to show what you built during the program.

Program FAQs
Who can apply?
Anyone with a genuine interest in breaking into sports or entertainment. College students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are all welcome. No minimum GPA. No specific degree required.
Do I need industry experience?
No. TIP is built for people who are trying to get in, not people who are already in. Prior experience is welcome but not required.
What is the time commitment?
Bi-weekly assignments over 3 months, plus one monthly 1:1 with your mentor. Designed to fit around school or a job, but you do have to show up consistently.
Is this fully remote?
Yes. The program runs entirely online. You can participate from anywhere.
When do applications open?
Applications open soon for the Spring 2027 cohort. Join the email list to be notified the moment they do.
How much does it cost?
The program is $297. You can pay in full or split it into smaller payments at checkout. Everything is included: all six modules, your mentor sessions, and the capstone.
