The Insiders Playbook started with a simple observation: breaking into sports and entertainment has never been about talent alone. It's about who you know, who's willing to open a door for you, and whether anyone ever showed you how the industry actually works.
We're building TIP to close that gap. A career accelerator with a 3-month program, real Industry Mentors, a curriculum built from what it actually takes to get hired, and the strategy nobody hands you on the way in.
This is the first layer of a much bigger vision. We're building deliberately, one piece at a time, so that what we build actually works before we build the next thing on top of it.

I believe every room I have ever entered, every connection I have ever made, was handcrafted by God and led me exactly here. The Insiders Playbook is what that journey was building toward.
